As a former family lawyer, I spent 8 years guiding women through separation and divorce, which is often one of the most difficult experiences anyone can go through.
During those 8 years, I witnessed many women at rock bottom during the process. Many times they felt they had given everything to the relationship, making huge personal sacrifices and despite just and successful outcomes, were often left feeling exhausted and deflated, just at the time when they needed to rebuild their life.
As a family lawyer, even with a holistic approach, I always felt women needed more support post separation and divorce and so, in 2016, I began Lifestyle by Lydia, an online coaching brand to empower women to prioritise their own personal goals of healthy living, emotional wellbeing and money mindset through personal development and growth.
In 2019 I decided I wanted to continue the impact of my brand by training as a certified Health Coach with Integrative Nutrition.
I chose the Institute for Integrative Nutrition because it is a holistic program that focuses on treating the whole person in regards to health and wellness.
Living a healthy, happy life is more than just what you put on you plate. Whilst the food we eat is, of course, important, I believe that nutrition extends far beyond whole foods, fruits and vegetables and comprises of all things that nourish the body, inside and out.
As a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am trained to help clients nourish themselves with the primary foods of life, including spirituality, career, relationships and physical activity.
Life is amazing because we hunger for play, fun, intimacy, romance, love, achievement, success, art, music, self-expression, excitement and adventure. All these elements are essential forms of nourishment.
I help clients make step-by-step, bespoke, easily integrated lifestyle choices that help you to create a healthier and happier life, reduce stress, have more energy, and reach your health and wellbeing goals.
I also combine this passion with writing and talking on stage as a motivational speaker.
